The yacht design process begins with loose, quick sketches, followed by 2D projections and preliminary ideas for ergonomic solutions.
When the initial design phase is complete, we prepare sketches and renders in Photoshop that accurately depict the shape of the yacht and the design concept.

Once the conceptual design of the yacht's interior or exterior is approved by the client, we move on to the 3D phase by creating a virtual model. Next, we adjust the selected materials to prepare for photorealistic visualizations or animations in the later phase.

Once the client approves the design concept, DRAFTXL Design Studio will create a 3D model of the exterior and interior, which will be used to produce visualizations or animations.
The shipyard receives the 3D model, from which they can extract detailed information regarding dimensions, materials, colors, and details, as well as view the final product in the form of photorealistic visualizations. Further collaboration with the shipyard involves refining or enhancing design solutions.

We will create mood boards with materials and inspirations, select freestanding furniture, and choose decorations for you.
