GENERAL PROVISIONS
DRAFTXL Yacht Design Studio (hereinafter referred to as “Studio”) welcomes you and thanks you for using our website (hereinafter referred to as “Site”). These terms and conditions outline the rules for using the Site. By using the Site, you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of these terms, please do not use the Site.
DISCLAIMER
Information: The information, images, photographs, trademarks, designs, products, and generally all elements and materials found on the Site are provided solely for informational, promotional, and presentation purposes.
Usage: You may browse the Site and download materials contained therein solely for your private, personal, and non-commercial use, provided that you comply with copyright and other intellectual property rights.
No Warranty: The Studio makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is current and accurate; however, it does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Studio is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by the competent court in Poland.
